Please know we are not manufacturers of these products, we source them out from various suppliers hence the quality is not in our hands. Whenever we source an item we make sure it is delivered to you in perfect condition. The product is cleaned , streamed before packaging.

Unboxing video is required for any sort of refund and exchange. If the mistake is from our hand then we will provide you with an exchange or refund.

We won't be allowing Return / Refund /Exchange / Cancelation for any order except from the reason listed above.
